Justin and Mikayla got married at Carolina Grove, surrounded by the people who raised, shaped, and showed up for them. It’s the kind of detail that set the tone for the whole day: every choice made with intention, and every guest there for a reason.
That intention showed up in the design too. Lush florals from BKD Florals, rentals from Curated Events Raleigh came together with live classical music that carried from the ceremony straight into cocktail hour, all of it elevated while still staying true to who Justin and Mikayla are. The Peach Cowgirl Beauty team handled hair and makeup, keeping the look polished without feeling overdone.
But the details that stood out most were the ones that made room for the people who weren’t there. A memorial wall held space for family members who couldn’t attend. And “The Couples That Came Before Us” invited guests to find their own wedding photos in the display, connecting Justin and Mikayla’s story to the ones that came before it.
